V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b odstoupen\u00ed od kupn\u00ed smlouvy se kupn\u00ed smlouva od po\u010d\u00e1tku ru\u0161\u00ed. Zbo\u017e\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed za\u0161le bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu, nejpozd\u011bji do \u010dtrn\u00e1cti (14) dn\u016f od odstoupen\u00ed od smlouvy.<\/span><\/p>
