RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. In the event of withdrawal, the purchase contract is cancelled from the beginning. The buyer must send the goods back without undue delay, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer shall bear the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller.
Upon withdrawal from the purchase contract, the seller will refund all payments received from the buyer within fourteen (14) days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
By prior agreement with the buyer, the goods may be exchanged for the same product or for another item of similar value.
CLAIMS (COMPLAINTS) REGARDING GOODS
The Buyer may file a complaint with the Seller if the goods do not correspond to the purchase contract or are defective. When receiving goods from the carrier, please check the parcel carefully. If the package is damaged, punctured, etc., do not accept it and contact customer service immediately at reveur.jewels@gmail.com.
The right from defective performance does not apply if the defect was caused by the Buyer.
Normal wear and tear of goods is not considered a defect, nor is wear and tear corresponding to the level of previous use for used items. For jewelry, this includes minor scratches, changes in surface shine, or slight thinning of surface finishes (e.g. rhodium plating, gold plating) resulting from wearing; for ceramic accessories, minor surface changes due to regular use and maintenance in line with the Seller’s instructions are also considered normal wear. Such circumstances are not considered a defect. Natural variations in color, structure, glaze pattern, or other aesthetic characteristics corresponding to the nature of the material used and hand production are also not considered defects.
For custom-made goods, especially hand-made ceramic products and jewelry with individual motifs, small differences in shade, structure, shape, size, or motif placement compared to a design, sample, or visualization may occur. Such slight differences, provided they do not exceed what is usual for hand-made production and do not affect the functionality of the goods, are not considered defects.
